The view from the balcony.

The radiators could not be turned on yet in early November... the old fan in the room made a huge racket, there was a bad smell in the bathroom, the restaurant room in the evening was very cold, and some things were broken (ex the small pivoting mirror could not stay up). The staff were not particularly nice at reception.

Rustic spot outside of Aix. Car definitely required. We really enjoyed the landscape and the pool.

Beautiful setting and pool. Room had balcony. Pleasant staff.

They seemed to be having some infrastructure issues; repairing leaks and the hot water did not work for a portion of our stay.

Miserable and had to find another hotel at 21.00 hr ,we are still waiting to be refunded.

First very difficult to find. On arrival a very noisy student end of term party. Room very damp and miserable. We left with the assurance to be refunded.We are still waiting. Never again.

A bit disappointing

We really enjoyed the location and the swimming pool. Also, the employees were helpful when we needed them.

First, the faucet in our bathroom was broken. Then, we didnt like the breakfast, which wasnt worth the money.

Place has potential, a good location but serious management problems.

The location in the forest

Administration. They don understand their own reservation system. They loose reservations and dont keep up with cancellations done through booking. Bis mess.
