    Good stay, would stay again but room for improvement.
    The location is very convenient 15mins walk to Schlossplatz, theres a taxi rank just outside the hotel, staff were very friendly, room service was good, room was spacious and clean.
    It was so hot in the hotel. One of the days, the cleaner forgot to replace all our towels and then when we ordered breakfast, there were 2 items missing in our set.

    nice staff, nice room, just missed a coffee machine but therefore got 2 coffee voucher at the bar that I used, I went to the great gym, didnt make it to the pool which even looked greater

    Good experience except for having a room that was too warm.
    The hotel staff were very accommodating. Food was good. The hotel room that we stayed in was clean and nice except that the air conditioning was not keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. We had 2-visits from the hotel mechanical staff to check and he advised us to close the window outside blinds and drapes and to leave for a few hours. When we returned the room was 2-degrees hotter. The hotel provided us fans and opened the windows which finally made the room temperature tolerable. I asked when checking out if we could get a discount or some other consideration and was told no.

    Comfortable hotel and friendly staff.
    The location isnt good as there are a lot of steps up from the park to the bridge and then down to the hotel arent great for less able travellers. The walk back from the city to the hotel at night may feel unsafe for solo travellers.
