Not worth it the money

Very nice view Very good quality of the mattress Staff at the bar was very nice and friendly

Breakfast : no service,staff disorganized. Had to run after servers to place an order. Restaurant : not adapated to people suffering from food allergies. Have been poisoned by gluten even though I had warned them about my allergy. Spa : no staff on site. This is more a public swimming pool than a spa center. No rule. People walking by the pool with their shoes, people jumping into the water and shouting.Not a relaxing place at all.

The personnel! Incredibly unprofessional and aggressive communication. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, just because of the personnel (reception and management).

Great hotel with warm welcoming atmosphere. The location on the lake is awesome. Breakfast is a joy.

Breakfast is phenomenal. The bar is great.

Spa is very basic.

Superb

A really comfortable break in beautiful surroundings

Cosy room with view of the lake and excellent bed. Personnel very accommodating and restaurant serves delicious fine dining. Very easy to connect to wifi and stream on the tv screen in the room. Also, beautiful surroundings with a lot of hiking trails in the direct area, and the city of Annecy is only a short drive.

Pricing quite high for breakfast, minibar items and drinks in the bar. In the wellness area, it would be nice if they added a sauna.
