A wonderful preChristrams escape in Prague.
Everything was perfect, with attention to detail, really lovely - both comfortable and exquisite at the same time. The breakfast was great, tasted like home made. Also close to central touristic sights.
It would be great if the restaurant works nights too, not only for breakfast. It has a lovely garden, so probably it works in spring and summer, but we were just before Christmas and it opened for breakfast only.

Served its purpose, which was a bed for two nights, but not the Hilton!
    Pleasant staff.
Shared breakfast tables, no option for private table, a little like a camping trip! Over-cooked bacon (brittle), undercooked sausages! Average quality of choice, nothing special. Room carpet grubby, to the extent that our new slippers were soiled simply by crossing from the bed to the bathroom. Hot-water temperature could be higher; needed to run an overly deep bath to attain a comfortable temperature. No 'how to use your room' instruction. Finding controls/switches (e.g. blinds) was a voyage of discovery.

Great hotel in the center of Prague
The hotel is situated in a quiet location with an easy access to a tram stop. It's not too far from the Wenceslaw square, so you can even walk to the old town. Our room was amazing. And the bed was so comfy. The staff at the reception was nice too.
The only disadvantage was that the bedroom didn't have a door to the rest of the suite, so it was a bit complicated to block the light at night.

We felt like royalty in this beautiful hotel.
Every member of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Our three-night stay was a lovely interlude. Our room was larger than expected, with great views. Breakfast included everything one might want, including hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, fruits, preserves, bread, yogurt and more. Staffed by kind people who met every need, the breakfast room overlooked the beautiful city. Great value, and we appreciated the desk reception staff whom always greeted us, provided directions, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Thank you. My mother passed away our first night there, we didnt tell you, but you all made us feel special.

I hope we will be there again!
Great atmosphere, especially in the library. Nice, quiet location of the hotel. Parking in the basement of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff.
The room was actually half of a suite. It could have been slightly larger.

The hotel can be reached easily by car. Breakfast was very good; plenty of choice and good quality; coffee is served at your table; i enjoyed the latte macchiato. Personell in breakfast room is very friendly. Beds were good, room was nice. They sprayed a special smell all around in the hotel; not everyone may like it; we loved it. For sightseeing you can take a tram-line that stops practically in front of the hotel. For better connections there is another line that goes directly into the center (go out, turn left, first street left, continue till you see the tram line, walk left to the station; its 5 minutes from the hotel. You can buy a 24 hour ticket in the metro with your credit card at a machine; all easy and cheap; its like 6 euro or so (60+ only half of that) for unlimited use of tram, metro and bus. The hotel has a parking, but I find 20 euro's per day in Prague too expensive; for 3 days its 60 euro. A good alternative is to park at the end of each metro line at the P+R; I parked at Chodov; costed something like 5 euro's or so for the 3 days; from there take an Uber and back in hotel in 10 minutes.
Parking too expensive, like many hotels in Prague.

Nice accommodation, but too pricey for what it is and the service offered.
Hotel is in a nice area of Praque, and the interior is beautiful
Personal seemed easily overwhelmed and stressed, and not particularly nice. Also, we had to pay 800 CZK (32 Euros) for using the Sauna, which we were not informed about beforehand (and one would not expect from a Hotel with a Spa in this price class)
