The location is good and we could easily access the Vendome mall and thats a pretty good thing for visitors. Lusail City is one of the most developed locality in Qatar and this hotel is located in a prime area and its a comfortable hotel to stay.
Well, the staff are not professional and have been mishandling and missing out on every detail. I left the room to explore the nearby Vendome mall and the hotel management assumed that Id vacated when all my valuables including my passports and bags were in the wardrobe. I had the room keys with me and they are at least supposed to inform me before assuming things. Secondly, I had previously booked a premium car at the hotel and confirmed the timing on the previous day as I had to leave for something important at a sharp time. However, they didnt place a booking for the car and I figured that out the next day just before leaving which caused a lot of confusion. I had to stay there and get another car, and even got an hour late for the meeting I was supposed to attend.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable stay, and a perfect location.
The hotel is really good, luxurious, and fancy. If youre someone who is accurate when it comes to cleaning. This hotel is so clean and well maintained. Room is spacious as well. Yedi restaurant was absolutely amazing. I was happy about the variety of food options for breakfast.
One thing I hope they could change is the smell of the bed sheets. There is a dump or musty smell that could be solved by adding some odours or using softeners with perfume.
