    Mediocre hotel room in an excellent location.
    Outstanding location - as good as it gets in Leavenworth. Kind, responsive staff at check-in and check-out and during the stay.
    We paid a premium rate because the stay was between Christmas and New Years. If it was a regular rate, the problems with the room would not have been a big deal; however, the exorbitant cost made them difficult to bear. The heater was so noisy and clicking that it had to be turned off at night. Tub leaked when filled so it wasnt relaxing. Upper electric sockets in two different outlets did not work. It was satisfying for the location but we left with a sour taste from the cost for what was delivered.

    The location had great parking. The bed and sheets were comfortable. Very clean. Perfect walking distance from everything.
    The TV in the living room wouldn't change properly.

    Very clean room, recently painted and updated, bathroom was spacious, and staff was friendly, location was great, easy to walk to all the places in town. There was plenty of room for parking and the front desk staff was very responsive.
    Both bed mattresses need to be replaced as soon as possible. The middle of the matresses sunk in making them uncomfortable to sleep in. The upper left portion of the left window had a large gap so it became noisy at times from outside activity.

    Would stay again, location fantastic. Could walk everywhere.
    Location, size of room.
    Street noise from street cleaners and cars was bad. We were on ground level. Ask for upstairs room in the back.
