    Great value, good service and a caring host.
    It was a traditional guest house clean, well decorated but real world nothing pretentious or ostentatious, just honest and fit-for-purpose.
    Nothing it was exactly what I required comfortable and welcoming.

    Lee and Chris are THE most amazing hosts....so welcoming helpful...amd willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect ! My room (5) was bright ,clean, and very comfy! Great choice for breakfast also!

    Great customer service from Lee. Very clean and peaceful. I was generously upgraded to a bigger room. Comfy bed and great ensuite.

    Brilliant stay will be back
    Bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was cooked to perfection and both lee and chris were fantastic i will definitely stay here again
    Only downside and not a fault of the owner was just the layout of the bathroom for a big guy like me it wasnt handy but thats just due to the age of the building

    Owners friendly and helpful, room clean & comfortable. Free complimentary items. Good facilities, free on street parking nearby.
    Due to being on the top floor, the water pressure was quite poor, & shower either freezing cold or scalding hot!
