    Good arrival, bad ending.
    I like the comfort of the property and the location. The staff were very friendly on arrival.
    To call us at 11:07 on New Years Day begging us to leave claiming that the hotel was full when in fact it was not that night is unreasonable. If you have to stick to every room even on a bank holiday when we do not have many days off is not worth it. I wish I had booked somewhere else. That couldve been cheaper when we had been out all night for New Years Eve, but would have let us pay for later. Check out would have been a much better experience for the day we were willing to pay 20 for one more hour. This has not been an issue anywhere else so I will not be staying again.
