    Excellent Place to Stay Just Don't Eat Here
    Lembongan Beach Club & Resort was just like the photos. We loved our room and private pool and the position of the hotel on the beach was perfect. Plenty restaurants all along the beach.
    The food and the staff in the restaurant. It is a shame as this is what lets this place down is the quality of food and the service. The wait staff all need lots more training. If they get this right it would be an excellent place to stay. Luckily there are so many other great places to eat along the beach. Some maintenance on the boards around the pool is also required.

    Overpriced, overpriced overpriced
    Location was great, and the rooms were nice. Centrally located, walking distance from many restaurants and bars. We used the gym regularly, but equipment is old.
    The resort has not been maintained. We had issues with hot water, for the 7 days we stay only had 2/3 hot showers. Hotel said they would pick us up from the ferry, but no one arrive. We tried to call and WhatsApp up no response. Breakfast was decent but there was a flys everywhere. Housekeeping was not up to scratch.

    Its a great island to visit and our chosen accommodation has real potential but
    Breakfast and lunch were fine. The staff were helpful and charming.
    Our suite/villa was quite a walk to the restaurant, pool and beach. Could not seal the poorly fitted doors in the bedroom and lounge and so mosquitos were a problem. Air conditioning not adequate either, one dripped water onto the floor in the bedroom.

    The property is lovely, clean, and has a great abundance of plants and flowers that give it that great Bali feel. The resort has great beach location and great location in town with restaurants and shops just next door.
    Most rooms Come with a pool. However, we had to seek out towels for the pool. Recommend providing some pool towels in the room.

    The location is great. Staff were friendly.
    The room we booked was not like the pictures at all. The shower and bath had no pressure at all and had mould. The bathroom in the pictures was completely different to what we got. We rang reception to check we were in the right villa and they said we were. It was disappointing as we were expecting the villa to look like the photos but this was not the case.The food at the restaurant was average at best. When we checked out a day early, 3x different staff wanted to check the villa first and that took almost half an hour, even though our villa was right near reception. It was a disappointing stay.

    If the rooms were updated, we would probably stay here again as the location is perfect.
    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great beachfront location, beautifully kept gardens, close to cafes and bars, excellent massage right across the road. Each villa had a great size pool. Lunch options were very good.
    Deluxe premier room was very small, no room to store suitcases or put clothes, small wardrobe, air conditioner was very noisy, so did not sleep well, staff were able to upgrade us to a larger suite with better aircon. The breakfast was phenomenal when we came here some time ago, but very average now. There seems to be upgrades happening at the moment to some rooms. I think that the rooms, though clean, are looking a little tired.

    Upgrade was great Sunny was amazing. location was amazing.
    Your restaurant - Breakfast was so POOR the variety was sub standard toaster is so slow. The dinner was so overpriced compared to everywhere else even next door - we did not eat with you after the first day - and we could not even room charge which i found very unsatisfying we would have loved to have paid 1 bill at the end of our stay which staff said NOT POSSIBLE this was extremely disappointing so we did not spend much time around the resort pool and you missed out on F & B business - I am in the industry and every cent counts
