    It was a better than expected stay! I would stay here again for the Behobia race. The staff and the facility was excelle
    Location, staff, and the modern clean rooms we are all excellent. Its a really nice touch they gave out little gift bags for my child and for the runners/supporters in the Behobia race!
    The shower pressure for the hot water could be much stronger! Maybe thats because its for water conservation? If it is, then I totally understand! If its not, then please optimize the plumbing, if possible! The bed mattress is too soft for me and didnt have a good back support for a restful sleep. But Im very picky with my mattresses and prefer it extra-firm! Probably many people dont have the preferences I have!

    Great location, comfortable room and great staff.
    This hotel was a great find. Not only did it have a great location but the room was modern, comfortable and perfect. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, which is always a great plus.
    There is nothing we did not like.

    Very good for the price! Excellent location, newish room which was big and clean. The building is not very pretty but the room was a positive surprise in this city where so many cheaper hotels or pensions are old and smelly. No noise from the street at all, the windows blocked all noise. Parking garage closeby.
    From the bathroom you can see that it is renovated cheaply and at some point will smell like mold, like most of the coast's (cheaper) hotels, but not yet. The walls to the corridor and neighbour rooms are not very soundprood, but it didnt bother us.

    The nice and accommodating personal, the location and the cleanliness. Overall I would recommend this hotel, you would not think it is a 2 star rating, it feels like more.
    The breakfast was a little meager.

    This hotel really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect - 5 min to the beach or Old town. Many good restaurants and pintxo bars around. The room was big, with sofa and table. Decor was very nice, felt new and fresh. Bed was big and comfortable with nice linens. You do not usually expect such impressions from 2-star hotel.
    Breakfast was served in bar next to the hotel and was maybe too ordinary/simple. There were several other places around, which served a bit better breakfast.

    Top location, good rooms, definitely recommended
    Fantastic location, big, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Check-in is possible anytime in the day. There is a coffee machine in the room and free complimentary waters are waiting for you.
