    Basic hotel, basic breakfast, they do all the things right but dont expect to get much out of the experience of staying
    Location is good, close to public transport and in a quiet neighbourhood. Room was decent size and bed was big and firm. Breakfast included was only ok, nothing fancy just basic.
    First thing I noticed and which I didnt like was how there was no hand wash in our room. Bottle was there but it was never replaced during our 5 night stay. Other thing that we didnt like was how the rooms had paper walls, I mean you could hear anything, and when I say that I mean absolutely everything like guests next door opening doors, plugging their chargers and basic stuff that should not be heard. One night there was a bunch of people in one of the rooms and we heard every word they said until late hours. Another thing to mention, hotel staff were ok but not that friendly.

    This is the second time we've been here and it's in a great location, the room was quite small, but clean. We stayed for 4 nights, but in one of them they forgot to change the towels. The breakfast was ok, pretty variate.
    The cleaning service is not so great, they didn't change the used glass and the biggest problem was that the maids were sick and coughing all over the rooms and didn't use a mask so i got sick from them.

    Great hotel, good location, unbeatable value.
    Hotel was fantastic. Room was as spacious as you need for two people and very clean. The location was slightly outside of the main centre, which is what I expected, although only a 10 minute walk to a tram or underground station. Plenty of nice cafes nearby for breakfast or brunch too.
    The only con I have was that our original room was adjoining to another room with only a locked door in both rooms separating each room, we could hear everyrthing in the next room, we were lucky that the cleaners were in the room next to us as we checked in as we heard this immediately. This is not good for privacy. I let the staff know straightaway that I was unhappy with this and they were able to find me a room that was self contained and not connected to another. I think these adjoining rooms should be renovated so that the doors are replaced and a wall put in place to ensure privacy for all guests. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

    If you need comfortable hotel in Budapest Leonardo is your choice.
    Hotel met our expectations even it exceeded that. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful and giving tips what to do and where to go. We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. When we get back, we would definitely stay there again.

    Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Heating in the room not working. Was maximum 18 degrees. They change us the room because of heating but in other room was almost same. In hotel is a lot of noise. Was 3 oclock in the morning and we cannot sleep because of noise. I think walls are very not good phonic isolation. Breakfast was also very poor. In my opinion this are 2 stars hotel not 4 like they present. Also very important. We make reservation by booking with option to pay at front desk. We use our credit card to guarantee the rezervation and with 3 days before check in date, they try to take the money. This in condition of booking rezervation. I called them and they dont care about booking. They said to me have own rules. So ve carefull with payment and with booking rezervation. They will cancel your rezervation if you booked and not pay before. In conclusion for me was first and last time when i go there.
