    Everything to do with the hotel was fine. One complaint, which is MASSIVE about our holiday. We booked seven nights over the Christmas week, looking forward to having 24 and 25 December dinners in the hotel. My husband called several times in advance of the trip to try to book for these meals but was told each time 'it would be fine'. We arrived to find the restaurant was closed on both nights. We thought this meant 'completely' closed but it was in order to cater for a group, each evening. So we, residents of the hotel, could not be accommodated for our meals. Not many places open in and around Heidelberg on those two dates so our holiday was spoiled. We will not be using your hotel chain again and we have advised all our friends about the situation. Such a shame.

    Good size of room and comfortable bed. Close to the airport and around 10 min away by car from the city center of Heidelberg. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
    On the second day the bottle of water that was offered for free on arrival and we had drank out was placed again on the original spot including the metal cap, pretending to be a new one... so either replace the empty one for a new one or just remove the bottle; anything else doesn't make sense to me.

    a business motel, with meeting rooms
    bed was ok room was clean bathroom was ok car parking on site was 8 euros and safe
    no evening meal -chef ill staff had pizzas but we couldnt get one breakfast very expensive and poor 30 euros for bread and butter frankfurters and boiled eggs bus ride into city 10 euros return was busy and standing only the rain was constant -ok not an issue but it was loud and constant dripping off the windowsill-poor nights sleep

    The people on reception and the waiter in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but for one night enough, was very clean and had everything necessary. We had no breakfast, it was for us a bit too expensive because we don't eat much in the morning. Parking could be for free, but... at least we had a place for a car. My husband liked the possibility to warm up in sauna, although the shower had only cold water.
