    Almost everything. Especially the room facing the canal. The walkable distance to train station and almost 0 distance to the stop of ferry. Even good is so close to a bridge to make everywhere is walkable.

    It was very clean and comfortable! The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Great location, near to the station and main city centre. Loved everything about it, would highly recommend it. Thanks a lot!
    The room could be a bit bigger, with more drawer space but otherwise all was pretty good

    Good hotel stay in Venice
    Clean and comfortable. We had a room on 1st floor towards the back. The view wasnt great however it was nice and quiet. There are horns blaring on the canal and we didnt hear a thing. There is an empty fridge in the room so you can store food. Kettle, coffee machine- they give 2 pods daily. I loved the shower lighting, if you hold the switch down the colours change and you can select the colour you want. Daily room clean. Only 10 min walk from train station, easy. Few supermarkets within 5-10 mins. Canareggio is vibrant and busy. About 25 min walk to main area. There is a vaporetto stop very close by, but we walked everywhere. You pay the city tax on your check out. Overall reasonable price.
