    The owners and their staff were very helpful with anything I needed.
    The location was great. I loved my room. The bed was so comfortable! Great shower. I want to stay here again.

    A great property in good location with a wonderful staff. Stayed here before and will stay here again!
    If you have a problem with stairs, there is no elevator. I believe they have a room or two on the ground level though.

    We were put in a room right next to the street! Literally! People walking by on the sidewalk! Zero privacy, zero view! The only saving grace was we arrived late and left early! To spend that much for a room like that is ridiculous! Not to mention the fact my husband left his jacket in the armoire. We knew it was there but they claimed they couldnt find it with the first two emails we sent them. Finally, our friend in France called and spoke with them and suddenly it was found! Very disappointed with the hotel and the management!
