    Premises are very lovely, food was delicious and plenty of options during the day and in the evening! Really appreciated the communications prior to our arrival so that we could book a car for transportation. Enjoyed the wine tasting and walking trails around
    - Breakfast at the Thil could have been better - there were not many options for a 20 EUR breakfast - Indoor pool, small gym and small sauna is accessible for everyone but actual spa is separate and only accessible if you have a treatment - It would be great to have that clarified at the beginning

    Very peaceful and tranquil environment, excellent spa , very friendly and helpful staff.
    A very limited menu in the restaurant on Tuesday night. We found the beds very firm and not so comfortable.

    I always go back here with great pleasure! I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Bordeaux area. The room was very nice, with a beautiful view on the chateau. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Amazing surrounding, Bordeaux is very close too.
    The food in the brasserie used to be better.

    Very bad experience with this hotel. We were guests there. 2 restaurants were full, we had to dine at the bar with snacks. The nearest restaurant is 30 minutes by car. We have come a long way, but we have not received comfort. No one warned us that we needed to book the restaurant and spa a few days before arriving at the hotel. This is usually done in decent places. I do not recommend this hotel, despite the beautiful territory, beautiful interior and high prices, you will not receive the attention you deserve. Breakfast is also poor. A small assortment of tasteless cheeses, a small amount of fruit in the summer.

    Wonderful stay in the Bordelais.
    Delicious breakfast with a lovely view on the lake. We were upgraded straight away to a junior suite. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. We loved the Caudalie's products.
