Relaxing!

Ambience, helpful staff, amenities, gorgeous tea and breakfast lounges

Dragging my luggage for one flight of stairs coz the elevator didn't reach fill the 5th floor.

Disappointing

Not great value for money.

Rooms are very small. I paid for two room and they still put me on the floor where there was no lift access. One of the receptionists, kept asking ameveryone to leave their keys with them which I thought was strange. The rooms are super small!!!

Exceptional

Excellent friendly service, great location and good value for money.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and again served by a friendly and helpful member of staff. I will certainly be staying again and recommending les Tournelles

Lovely stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Les Tournelles. The location is excellent and the hotel is very centrally located. The staff were wonderful. I loved that they had an elevator and was surprised to see that in a relatively small hotel in Paris. I would definitely recommend staying here.
