    Excellent hotel and very friendly.
    Very helpful owners, a lovely shaded terrace, food was excellent and the bedrooms clean and comfortable. Very good value and highly recommended.

    Received a warm and welcoming reception. The room given was spotlessly clean and the complementary waters was great. The parking was secure and the pool facilities was refreshing. Albeit the location is not walking distance to Avignon, it's an easy short drive of about 6km with very easy parking surrounding the old city. Overall a great base to explore the Provence.

    A gem of a place
    Everything, absolutely everything. Secure parking, very comfortable bed, good wifi, great areas to relax in, including a pool, and the hospitality, perfect. The Location is great for walks to the local restaurants and drives to the surrounding villages, Rognonas is so central. Our tip is do not miss the Carrires des Lumires,

    The host is super friendly and welcome.Decent breakfast.Quiet location only a few minutes from Avignon.
    Comfortable,cosy atmosphere.Smelled nice inside.Quite location.
    Rooms a bit small.There was no window in one of our rooms .

    Lovely owners and atmosphere, Easy going, very clean hotel. Super breakfast, with possibility to eat in in a spacious air conditioned room or outdoors in a lovely garden.
    Although there is 1 floor only, and our hosts were always ready to help, a lift would be a plus if feasible. But apart from that, it is a lovely place and location, quiet and very excellent value with the other facilities, which include free secured parking and a swimming pool.

    The people who work at L'Escale des Alpilles are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and cozy and just 7-8 kilometres from Avignon. I would most definitely come back!
