    They wouldnt reduce room to single occupancy rate when one of our friends cancelled. Pool wasnt as nice as in the photos

    Very pleasant.
    Room lighting a little too subdued. Bathroom & Toilet at opposite end of room which meant quite a trek to wash hands especially during the night. Very tastefully converted 17th century chapel forms the centerpiece of the hotel.

    Nice stay in a high standard hotel.
    The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Lille. The lobby is beautifully decorated. Nice bathrobes and slippers in the room. Comfortable bed and ample storage.
    Part of the hotel is in need of repair and upgrade. Some of the facilities (like the tea and coffee or the hair dryer) are not of the standards usually found in hotel of the Hermitages standard.

    - Dirty floor carpet - Electricity socket torn from the wall - No hot water (staff on the phone saying you have to leave it flow for 10 minutes before it warms up)

    Quick overnight stay so did not get to use spa etc , will use next time.
    Lovely comfortable room, nice bathroom with large bath, nice bar and socialising area. The main restaurant was closed so we ate in the Brasserie, good food , excellent breakfast. Nice friendly helpful staff throughout.
    The brasserie lighting was very bright in half of the area, think its mainly used for breakfasts but for dining at night too bright. Everything else was good
