There is no one at night. And it is not possible to do checking after 8pm even if there is a box in the entrance that could be used for this purpose. The policies of the hostel are a bit strict and money-driven - Traveling with a dog means extra 5 per day which Ip did not see in the details - arriving after 6pm apparently also has extra cost which I guess is explained in the details but is such an uncommon practice - not having staff at night is obviously another money driven decision The rooms are ok but the photos are obviously not realistic In the rooms there is a fridge, but it would be great to have a shared kitchen or at least a microwave somewhere The rest was fine, and again the staff saved the day, all of them are great!

First of all, I will never stay in this hotel again! Stay away from here! If you are not careful, you will be scammed! Now listen to what happened: When I entered the hotel for check-in, they asked me to present my ID card, which I did. But after that, they put a form called commitment in front of me and asked me to write and sign my bank card information in this form, so that if I damage their property, they will deduct money from my bank account! Clear scam! I protested what this form is and I will not sign it. The employee said that you should talk to my manager and she called her manager and put him on the speaker. A perfect example of a non-managerial manager! The manager said: either sign or get out of my hotel, I don't have time to explain to you! How can you really call this place a hotel? You go there to relax and you will be treated like this! We couldn't have been welcomed better than this! :-))) In short, I did not sign, I called the booking support (which is awesome and after waiting for two hours, I entered the reserved room without signing the form. In hotels policy, it was only written to show the credit card so that they can make sure that the card is yours, but they asked me to write and sign on the sheet. It was written on that sheet that I promise to let them process my personal information! Why don't other hotels have this request? Isn't this a violation of the GDPRs law?!
