My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was cordial and kind, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Rania at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She was super kind and attentive, addressing all our needs with a smile. The breakfast here deserves a special mention too. It was abundant, offering a delightful variety of both sweet and savory options. Whether you're a fan of a hearty meal to start your day or prefer lighter, sweeter fare, there was something for everyone. The quality of food was excellent, and the dining area was always clean and well-maintained.

Good value but definitely need to improve the customer experience in the restaurant.

The rooms were spacious. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. At breakfast, the omelettes and pancakes were freshly cooked and really good.

We had our room booking changed before we got there as the Presidential Suite was (we were told) out of action. The alternative rooms were good but not what we booked. We were travelling with a friend who had a separate room. The dinner took ages to arrive and was cold when it did. We didnt eat in the restaurant in the evening again.

Nice staff, however Property & Room accommodation do not match. Upgrades needed

The Stairs Restaurant and room service. Timely and accurate. The entree were pleasant.

Rated 4 stars.. Really deserves 2 1/2 at best a 3. Manager mentioned hotel is only 4 years old but looks 20 years old from appearance of water damaged rooms, carpet in corridor, rooms, and lobby. Room accommodation is not of a 4 star property. I purchased an executive suite. Upon entering the room visible water damage. Walls were puckering and paint peeling. Staff upgraded to family suite which was better however there was only one phone and one TV in entire 2 bd room suite and that was in the living space. Distance to downtown area is 20- 30 minutes. There must be better upgrades to stay this far out. Properties in closer proximity at the same competitive price offer more.
