Location to MSAC.

Very bad mouldy smell at entrance doorway where all dirty linen bags kept.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS Terrible place would never recommend - would give it a 0 if I could for all ratings. My partner and I stayed here for a weekend and a pair of my pants went missing. I left, as they told me they would find them and get in touch and now they dont reply to any emails or calls and Ive never got my pair of pants back. Dont stay here if you want to leave with all your belongings!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scruffy & the place needs a major deep clean.

Arrived at 1am and went to our room which was dirty, scruffy and the bathroom window was broken & didnt shut. We moved rooms in the morning and the girl on reception was very apologetic. The second room we went in was fine at best but was better compared to the first room we stayed in. Scruffy & run down, in need of a major deep clean! There is only so much house cleaners can do, this place needs scrubbing from top to bottom.

Great room, with plenty of space. Perfect location, close to where I wanted to be and quiet. Beds were comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The location was fantastic and it was as expected for the price.

No milk was left in fridge. Room was dimly lit.

Very dated and shabby. In need of fresh paint. The floors in the dining and entrance were very dirty and needed vacuum. The dining space is in what seems to be an old apartment and the office desk is visible in what was the old bathroom of the apartment. To pay $265 / night I would expect a better standard. Very sad looking decor in the penthouse room we stayed in.
