    Loved everything about it from the exceptionally well kept and presented rooms and common areas to the incredible breakfast, to the warm fireplace and excellent mulled wine and cocktails. The staff were exceptional as well: accommodating, friendly, professional.

    Reception area had a lovely atmosphere warm and very welcoming room was lovely had everything we needed plenty of milk which was a bonus didnt have to ask for more location was brilliant breakfast was good we stayed for new year and the entertainment was fantastic so were the staff
    New Years Eve menu was nice but didnt have the wow factor breakfast was good but staff were very busy and werent attentive enough but I will still come again didnt spoil my weekend stay for new year

    Relaxing, friendly would definitely return.
    Property was excellent clean, warm and well equipped. We stayed in a studio which was a short walk away from the main hotel. No complaints at all.
    Car park entrance is very narrow.

    Loved the room, the decor the space. Loved the location which overlooked the river severn and bridge. The breakfast room was gorgeous and the variety of breakfast available was delicious. I was lucky to eat in the Crystal Dining room.with friends for a private dining experience and this was also exceptional

    Room was on the front of the hotel Window would not shut properly Noise from the street below 3am !! Hotel music from the bar below our room loud and playing till 11pm ......Room could have been cleaner dirty tv remote control Bathroom toilet flush button stained For the price we paid for the room it should have not had these small issues

    Overall another lovely experience, we have been staying at the hotel for around 6 years. Delicious breakfast as always. Nice shower gel in shower.
    Loose toilet seat in ensuite. Breakfast staff seemed unorganised one morning, breakfast orders for a some of our party different to what was requested.

    Brought as a gift for my husbands birthday treat, we went with friends.
    Our room was on the corner, So we had river view , and street view. Spotlessly clean, everything provided tea, coffee,milk. Biscuits. Toiletries, provided in the bathroom a lovely touch. Beautiful outdoor bar area, with blankets provided, around big heaters. Which made it really cosy. We didnt eat at the hotel, as we wanted to explore the area, but from what I saw , the food looked delicious. We did have cocktails, which were delicious.
