Phenomenal service!

Staff were phenomenal from start to finish. Felt like I was with family. They went above and beyond for me with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. They even mailed my passport after I left it in the safe! The hotel is a short walk to the river. Good sized rooms. Had banh mi on arrival and sweet treat on check out. Seriously can't recommend and thank them enough!!

Amazing place to stay with the kindest hosts/ staff. Shoutout to Ms. Flowers!

Wonderful location right in the heart of city. Easy access. However the service provided by the staff, especially Ms.Flower and her husband was phenomenal. Our group was so moved and touched by their hospitality and their kindness it really made Hoi An such a lovely city.
