Insecurity and disorganize

Check in process : not enough information provided, and no person physically shows up how to do so i had to call them. But Im some cases, they dont call / reply back :( Bathroom : didnt know its shared by 3-4 other rooms with like 8 people which I have no idea what kind of people are staying so I have felt insecure staying at this place.

Nightmare

Nothing the worst experience ever

The room was not clean and full of bugs. The ceiling is mouldy and was not clean. There was no stuff on site at any time during our stay, except during check out. The place is far away from city centre attractions. The AC and heater is not working. The place is super noisy and there is lack of privacy , you feel like everyone in the place is living in your room. There is 8 rooms using only 2 bathrooms, which were overcrowded, event until 1 am. There is a door of the building which we got no keys for, we arrived late and we found it closed and we had to wait for up to an hour to find someone by chance to let us in.

Superb

The room was big and comfortable. Very clean and with good facilities. There were two bathrooms for whole apartment (8 rooms) but there was no queue and they were very clean. Lounge has sitting area and table and access to microwave, coffee, tea.

You can only heat up water in microwave and there is no cutlery. To access property you need to call number provided. There is 12 euro tourist tax which I believe should be included in price.

The place was nice and clean. It wasn't too far from the train station, and it felt safe. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was regularly looked after.

On pur second night, a group of people came, and they were very loud and impolite. Around 11 pm, they were knocking all doors and mocking on different accents. This is out of the control of the property manager. However, it affected our experience.
