Superb

Amazing place, very well maintained and very clean. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back soon for a longer one.

Perfect location, comfy room and nice breakfast, but above all super friendly people.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - really lovely - and the location is perfect.

Perhaps slightly in need of renovation.

Lovely Rustic, Charming and quaint place where you feel like being part of a family.

10 min walk to Bicester Village Shopping Outlets. Rustic Charming and Quaint place. Lovely English Breakfast prepared by warm hearted owners/family members.

A good short stay

Great location, the staff were excellent and so helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good.

Its a little dated, the shower gel had run out and I cant bear shower curtains

Good location but needs updating

The staff were very friendly. The location was great for Bicester village

Sadly the hotel and rooms are very dated. There was mould on the bathroom window and the bed mattress was not very comfortable at all

Passable

Warm and comfortable would benefit from some gentle updating both decor and business practice wise.

They arranged out of hours access for us no problem and made that very easy The hotel was warm and clean and parking was easy

They would not give us a vat receipt which is essential for business travel! Its extremely dated. Decor hasnt been touched since the 70s/80s.

I have been coming here for years, Michael and his team they do the up most to make sure everything is perfect arranged nice food in their pub, good and complete breakfast , the hotel might be old but the comfort and how you as gast are being treated make up for all
