Tv didnt work. Rooms were outside which was difficult to not get wet when it rained and snowed! The lift was so small and took a long time once button pressed and called.

Everything was very nice but overpriced.

Very friendly personal and fantastic location overlooking Viktualienmarkt.

For the small room we had which was even branded Suite I think extremely overpriced!

Good location but overpriced for the quality of the room

Being originally from Munich myself, the location is the reason to chose this hotel. You cant find a better location for a hotel in the city center. Friendly staff.

The room was noisy, from morning to late at night noises above the room. Probably due to a not so good insulation. Room to the back yard didnt have a proper view or window as the window was towards a fire exit staircase. Both the room and the bath room and not been properly cleaned upon checking in not the second day. There were paper tissues on the floor that stayed there despite the room cleaning service had past.
