Not worth the money they charge

Room was large

Not worth the price paid. Rooms were large but minimal in amenities or even decor. Bathroom was old. 15 min walk to centre of Colmar

Disappointing

Staff Amazing! The hotel itself could need an update.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, easily 5/5. Well done! The location was also good with the distance to the city center and there is ample free parking around the hotel. No need to pay 11 EUR a night for paid parking.

Unfortunately, we were less thrilled about our room though. We accidentally booked the family room, which was our fault. I think the room descriptions on boooking.com were in french which might be better in English. A few things for the room. The shampoo that comes with the vanity set had been used before and had a hair in it. The paint on the wall was chipped and there were holes in the toilet seat. The mattress of the bed was also quite hard and could be more comfortable. We ended up bringing two of the pillows down from the upper floor to be comfortable.

Unfortunately Nothing was good

The room was too dirty and neglected. Especially carpets in the room was very very dirty. We couldnt even sleep at night because of the dirt and mold smell. Also there was a finger print on the tv like the horror movies. Also even if the room was ready they didnt let us early check in. We wait until exactly 14:00. Even not 1 minute early :) I can understand there is a rule but I find it very odd why dont let the customer if the room was ready. It was like a nightmare!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Someone of the staff stole one of my scarves in my room. I don't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. It's horrible to hear that someone of the staff is stealing your stuff in your absence. After this, I asked to them to send me the scarf. They said to me to pay for that commission. Beggars!
