We enjoyed the hotel staffs attentiveness and the service we received. There was an incident with my mother and your staff were very helpful in supplying first aid and support for which we are eternally grateful.

My mums sea bass was dry whilst mine was cooked really well. Also the Christmas menu could have more of a choice and perhaps even offer a buffet menu with wider selection. There were not enough Christmas crackers at our table. However the service was well done and the manager was outstanding.

Disappointing

Only staff cooperation with us except one lady at the reception she doesnt know how to deal with customers

Old mechanics old hotels and to much to pay for such facilities, need to renew the rooms. Moreover, there is no House keeping and room service after 10:00pm not like any hotel I use to stay in they have the service for 24 hours. For a five star hotel I expect good service.

Look lovely to start with

Got a disabled room , which we didnt book, also friends who booked separately got same sort of room , room dated, shower curtain didnt fit , plugs in room didnt work , not suitable for a disabled person as bathroom light wrong side of door anyway . Never stay again. No mirror where plug to do make up, bath tiny . Bathroom grotty
