    Great choice for family filled fun time away from home!
    The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is superb. Kids love it so much. Staff were very polite and accommodative despite the fact that we checked in late from our scheduled time due to flight issues.
    Limited parking at the front area.

    Overall it is a very lovely stay with great hospitality staff.
    Aesthetically a very nice place. Cosy and practical, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Good job!
    I didnt like the shower control panel and water pressure. The toilet sink and bowl were clogged, not working very well.

    A mediocre villa with no room service
    Air con was powerful and quiet Bed was comfortable
    Safe deposit box not working Too much Chlorine powder dumped in corner of pool causing awful smell Slippers provided covered with lizard droppings. No dining area as opposed to what was described. Room service is definitely not acceptable

    Wonderful stay with great service and facilities. Really loved the privacy and sanctuary.
    The facilities are great especially the vast bathroom and the pool. We love the privacy and the sanctuary-like feel of the villa. We love the service too as we were able to request for daily housekeeping unlike some other properties.
    Some overly noisy neighbours.

    It was located 400m away from the beach. Villa was clean and everything was good.
    Villa is slightly deep inside and was dark at night, to get to the villa so advisable to take a vehicle instead of walking

    Swimming pool was bigger than average Provided bottles of drinking water (we got 4 bottles of either 1 or 1.5litres) Many bowls & plates provided (not microwaveable though) - good for items bought at the night markets There was also a scissors and a knife provided Quite close to cenang beach (if driving) Numerous stores upfront/nearby such as laundromat (RM12 for both washer and dryer - ready in 2hours), convenience store, places to rent etc TV - we were able to access Youtube, Netflix and other local channels Ordered food/drinks through Grab - able to receive delivery right at the main door Parking available - right in front of the villa. Need to be careful as theres only narrow one lane to go in and out, and it is shared with other private residents and another boutique hotel (La Pari-Pari).

    There wasnt any signage indicating where Looma was. We saw La Pari-pari signage but not Looma. Would be helpful if there is one for future visitors. Water heater and water pressure werent that great, just average. Wish there was another way to access the toilet from the pool - a minor inconvenience. Some of the pillow and bedsheets were kinda musty smelling.
