Amazing

Every little thing in this hotel and the location

1/Some of the staff are not welcoming especially girls 2/you have to ask for everything in your room (slippers .. toothbrush and paste..) Other than that it was amazing and i really recommend this hotel but its not for a big family couple or family of 3

Not worth going, no more

Bed are comfy. location is good and the bell boys are very nice.

1. The bathroom as not describe in hotel website and booking agency (I booked room with bathtub but the receptionist tell me that some room have & some haven't. He don't even know what quote in their website with very poor service recovery, I have to suggest him almost everything) 2. There's a coffee corner for all guess but the reception never inform us at all till I know on my 4th day of my stay for another receptionist (Which far more better than the one I've mention above) 3. The maid forget to bring new towel after my first night 4. I got a clean towel with 2 hairs on it 5. I have to travel with hotel Vacuums cleaner in lift once because hotel maid may have accidentally.... which is not professional. 6. The location is good and convenience but between Champs Elysees to hotel is quite not pleasant. lots of Street begger and some homeless.

Location was great ... easy access to metro and Champs Elyses.

No restaurant or bar area ... overall hotel lacked atmosphere. Probably more suited to a business stop over. Room was small and only 1 chair in the room. For the price, you're paying for the location, not the luxury.

Irresponsible hotel

Location is pretty good

The story was we made an airport taxi to terminal 1 with fixed price $55 from the hotel front desk, but then on that day, the driver was 15mins late, we also had been arranged to share a 7 seats van with other two passengers who were going to terminal 2, the driver asked for $60 on each side. The hotel staff admitted it was their mistake, but he couldnt help at that moment, just asked us to take the deal and email to the hotel then they will refund to both of us. OF COURSE! Email sent almost a month, but ONONE respond to us. P.S. we were so closed to miss the flight due to the traffic at the airport from terminal 2 to terminal 1. The hardware of the hotel is pretty good, but once you have problems made by the hotel, you will never get responses and help from it. Think before you book!
