The staff were friendly, location okay. Parking lot looks secure with CCTV but as usual park at your own risk. Bathroom got hot and cold water supply.

First thing first, the lift was quite scary yaa maybe can consider upgrading it soon. Alright for the room, quilt had some yellow stains, the floor was dusty too and there's only 1 chair at the table when i chose a room for couple. Please provide two chairs lahh next time for couple room how come one person eat at a time. Also, there're quite loud and noisy sounds during night (idk what sound it was but it was really disturbing and it wasn't raining). Next, the TV was quite old that the channel didn't running well. Need to let it on for quite some time and the TV will show an OK screen but with unclear and dull screen. I'd say RM200/night can be way better than this. I should've checked out sentral hotel, look better and got rooms with cheaper price and breakfast included too without extra charges.

Perfect for a short getaway.

Spacious room for two with affordable price. Great location in Kuantan city. TV is okay. Toilet is clean and heater works well. Bedroom is comfortable. Aircond in a good condition. Overall everything was okay! Recommended
