Pleasant

Great for anyone not wanting to stay in the hotel, but rather get out an explore.

Good location. Clean and comfortable.

Hidden costs. Facilities out of use. No on site restaurant (it wasnt open throughout the duration of our stay).

Superb

Great place to go with baby

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely. Apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space with our baby. Also gave us a cot and high chair. Great location, could walk to the Strip and old town. Supermarket right beside hotel so had everything you'd need

Superb

A great location, friendly staff and very clean hotel apartment.

Property was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and location was excellent. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Albufeira.

We knew that visiting off season the bar and restaurant would be shut but would have been nice if kids play area and game room were open. In addition to this, having the microwave low down was an issue for our toddler who was able to access both the fridge and the microwave! We had to have eyes on the back of our heads at all times to make sure he wasnt in at them! Perhaps relocating microwaves to countertops would be better!

Don't bother

The young lady at the front desk is lovely.

There were so many negatives. There was no restaurant, no food, no bar...a bleak Christmas and New Year's Eve. The water in the shower came out brown. This happened the first day and we thought it was because no one had occupied the room for a while, but the 5th day, my husband filled the bathtub and the water was brown and disgusting once again. To think we were cooking with this water. The sheets were not changed for @a week. The cleaning of the rooms happens at @ 4.00 pm... don't bother hanging the sign 'please make up the room' in the morning because it doesn't matter.The internet was unreliable. As I have read many reviews, I can see these have been well-known issues for management for some time. Very disappointing indeed.
