This property is a total disaster, it is privately owned so despite being under Anantara, they do not allow access to 80% of the facilities (not even the concierge)- we stayed for almost 10 days and paid upwards of $4000+ ($400 per night) and the rooms were not even cleaned once- it was an extra 260aed. You would expect after paying so much that at least 1 complimentary room service would be done/ even upon check in the room was extremely dusty and unclean. Also, the location is expensively far from everything- if you want to do a sight seeing trip to dubai- stay away from any hotel in the palm- you will be paying so much extra just to go from one place to another.

Pools and spa are great, beach is wander full and the view at Dubai with Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa is astonishing!
Food in that Beach restaurant, too expensive and not tasty at all!
