Location was great. Home was nice and private. We had no issues with anything.

Theres no washer/dryer, but we were aware and planned accordingly so other than that, it was great!!

The host was exceptionally well communicating. One of our party left their AirPods at the home -- the host (Andrew) was very flexible. The place was very clean and spacious, with convenient parking and good location.

Art decor decorations, Australian aborigines art in the bedroom brought fond memories of my visit to Australia. Very pretty and clean accommodations. The ultra violet light in the bidet was interesting.

First time I was requested to throw out the trash. The water filter in the kitchen needs replacement.

Would highly recommend as place to stay.

Both bedrooms were good size, larger than expected. Loved the decor and colors. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Even though off of Merdian, was quiet. Very comfortable and clean. Thoughtful gestures by the Host in that there was oatmeal and variety of teas; and so to pass it forward, we left some hot chocolate and decaf tea for the next guests.

The only thing, and its really minor, is that there were three of us and we could only find two washcloths. Not that it was an issue for us but should mention the property is a single story home which is separated into two living spaces. To get to the entrance you have to go through the gate. The parking is in front of the gate. The driveway in front of the garage is for the other tenant. Did not hear the other tenant during our stay and respected the no loud noises from 10pm to 8am. It may not be for some but we enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
