Relaxing and comfortable stay.

The apartment was absolutely perfect and as a family of 6 we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Our stay was for our wedding and the apartment was a fantastic find, that really made the occasion special. Its a very short distance from the city centre so you can walk in and out of Edinburgh when seeing the sights or just jump in an Uber for a few pounds and be anywhere within minutes. There is a large Sainsburys just up the road so if you want to chill at the apartment you can get everything you need. The apartment facilities were top notch and we wanted for nothing. The beds were very comfortable, to the point weve taken note of the mattress in the master bedroom to buy the same for home, it was that comfortable! The host Jack was always available for communication and was helpful with hint and tips in Edinburgh.

Nice apartment but with a big opportunity to improve the cleaning standards.

The apartment is amazing, modern and with enough space and facilities to enjoy. Jack was tremendously kind!

Unfortunately the sofa is very old and uncomfortable. The cleaningness was poor, specially more obvious in the blankets.

Don't go by pictures of the apartment.

The apartment is just opposite holyrood park, location is quite nice.

The pictures on booking.com are quite old, may be from when the apartment was in mint condition. currently the condition of the apartment is not good, the house has a kitchen but not enough plates and glasses for 6-7 person. There are enough glasses & plates but 1 or 2 of each kind, not a complete set of 6 glasses & plates of a kind and design, same with cutlery which gives you a feeling as if you are in a youth hostel and not a premium apartment. The dining table glass is broken and a plywood is kept on it. Out of 6 dining chairs only 2 were in a good condition where an adult could sit, rest 4 were in a wobbly condition where only for kids could sit. The house can only accommodate 4 person comfortably as there are only 2 bedroom, in the listing it is mentioned that there is sofa cum bed but is in a broken condition. We were 4 adults and 3 kids so it was very difficult for us. I slept on the carpet the first night, on complaining the host got a queen size inflatable mattress for us as a stop gap arrangement. this was by far the worst accommodation of our trip.

Great place and a great host!

Jack was extremely welcoming and even though there was a bit of a mix up with the early arrival, we got into the apartment nicely. There was well enough room for the seven of us. Jack gave us the room tour and went through main things right at the start. Electric lock of the door jammed a couple of times but that got solved right away when called Jack. Everything went smoothly and we felt like home in the apartment. And before the trip, we were informed about all the things necessary via messages. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!
