Lovely location, would definitely book again

Very clean, nicely presented accommodation located approximately 20 walk from Brighton town centre

Very difficult to get the keys out of the outside key safe as no outside light, located just a bit too high up and very difficult to get the key in the front door lock. The property is advertised as having three bathrooms but that is not correct, there is one toilet, one bathroom and one en-suite. The blinds in three of the bedrooms need some work as kept falling down and all rooms would benefit from curtains being added.

We had a great time, and the communication from the landlord was brilliant, very helpful

The property is a beautifully modernised home. It was clean on our arrival. The facilities were great, and everything was there for us from fridges, freezers, and dishwasher, to teabags, sugar, and even pods for the tassimo.

A lot of stairs, but we expected this anyway.

Lovely family holiday!

Excellent location, walking distance to both Hove and Brighton centres and a few minutes walk to the beach. There's lots of restaurants on Western road. We didn't need to move the car from the very handy parking space, just outside the house. Very spacious rooms, we loved the quirky design of the building. As well as four bedrooms, there is an office area with lots of wardrobe space. Two decent bathrooms, plus an additional toilet. Modern and clean throughout. We loved having outside space, both the lovely communal garden and the private roof terrace.

Not much to say really. There's a pub opposite, which two of the bedrooms overlooked. There was quite a bit of noise from the punters, so maybe bring some earplugs. Although the kitchen was well stocked, we could have done with more wine grasses. There weren't enough, and some of them were cracked.

Not real value for money. We paid a lot 3 nights late check in early check out 3pm 10am.

Blinds we damaged so street lights ruined ambience of rooms which would have been nice.

Lovely property

The size of bedrooms - close to beach and shopping. We came for a wedding and enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace.

Lots of stairs - opposite a pub so could be noisy area for some.

We loved every minute of our stay and if I was travelling with a big group as I did I would definitely book this beautiful place again... The house is just great with everything you would ever need. A massive plus was to have a large roof terrace and a beautiful garden. I didn't want to leave...
