    Very clean, homely and comfortable with everything you needed and then some, the perfect getaway. For us driveway parking the downstairs loo and the magnificent fridge freezer were perfect. Will definitely book again next trip to Whitby area

    A home from home
    This may not be a cosy little cottage in an idyllic location, but you get so much choosing this home. It is spacious, ideally located for easy access to so many trips out, everything provided is of a high quality and you get so much - Woodburner, fridge with a large freezer, coffee maker, washing machine, a bath as well as the shower. It is in a quiet lication and has shops close by and parking right outside the house. You really will have everything you could possibly need with this property.

    Lovely place to stay
    Fabulous place to stay, very clean and comfortable. We liked the welcome pack, and our son enjoyed playing with the toys. Couldn't fault it - a great base for exploring the local area.

    Great property in a great location, the communication from the hosts was exceptionally good.
    The house was modern, cosy and well equipped. A great location for exploring the North Yorkshire coastline. It was also very child friendly! Lovely touches from the hosts who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome.

    Perfect stay. Will definitely be back.
    What a beautiful property. It was very clean and comfortable. We did not need to bring anything other than ourselves and clothes as everything we needed was provided. Also, a great location, short drive to towns and beeches. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.
    Nothing, the house was perfect, there was nothing to dislike. The only minor issue from the whole break was, due to the rainfall there was an increased amount of water in the back garden, which meant wet feet for the drive home after returning key.
