    Needs a bit of moderation, bedroom down under is a beautiful room but could not use it as its not connected to the house its under a still heavy door under the patio dont make sense it could easily be attached to villa through a corridor and normal stairs down to it ,

    Location and views . Kitchen had everything you would need .
    Loads of ants inside and outside. Furniture and outdoors dated could do with freshen up. 4th bedroom outside couldn't be used as unable to use access door to same .

    We had a lovely time and we are hoping to return soon.
    From the moment we arrived we knew that we were somewhere special , the bedrooms were spacious and well equipped , the dining and living area is tastefully designed with subtle hints of classic interior design knowledge,the balcony and the outside porch area is welcoming and the view l can only describe as spectacular. l have tried to rate the property out of 10 and I'll have to give it a 10+.We hope to return next year.Thank you x

    Amazing villa
    Great location! Close to the local shops/ restaurants with all the privacy right on the beach. Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children. Fully kitted, very spacious and clean villa. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

    Absolutely stunning house directly at the beach
    - Its actually as beautiful as in the pictures, if not even more so - Directly at the beach - very clean - Equipment, glassware, etc. plentiful and in good shape - two bikes available for excursions - very spacious - host was very attentive to our needs and helped wherever they could

    The bunker room by the sea is so atmospheric, amazing but you can't lock it, it's outside the house accessed from the terrace. It didn't feel secure because there is a ton weight trap door down to it that you can't open from the inside. For that reason we didn't use it, you have to keep the trap door wide open, and though it feels a very safe town, anyone could hop over the perimeter fence so my friend sleeping on her own there didn't feel good about it at all, rightly so. Bear this in mind when counting the extra bedroom, it's a stunning room with a port hole to the sea and amazing sea sounds. Great room to hang out in but not for sleeping alone in at night.

    Location View Sound of the sea Passes to local club I had the best bedroom with a fabulous view
    Extra room outside with no toilet facility and trap door entrance...thankfully we were a party of 3 not 5 Microwave not working. Reported day 2 and not replaced Asked for late checkout. Host forgot to let us know it was booked so led to a rushed departure and accidentally bringing a set of keys home Villa fab but furnishings dated considering the cost
