Really stunning property and a great value for money for the time-being. Very big house with 5 spacious bedrooms, large living and dining area and kitchen plus an office if someone would need to telework. Great terrace, pool and garden (full of flowers in April). Good quality finishing and furniture that reflect Scandinavian simplicity without looking or feeling cheap. Lot of AC units and all amenities one needs. Kitchen equipment really complete and of excellent quality. Some games and toys for kids which is a really useful thing if you fly in with kids. Very peaceful and quiet. Practical parking spot.
Great location, 5 minutes walk from the local village full of restaurants (personal favourite being a Scandinavian bakery with sea view, located at the entry of the town). 10-min. drive from lovely sand beaches, 17-min. drive from Malaga Airport (and the town itself).
Very nice and helpful hosts. In one word, home away from home and definitely a place to come back (we have already booked next stay).
Some practical remarks - all the nice caves in Andalusia also mean a lot of limestone in tap water so use of bottled water for cooking is practically a must; the coffee machine runs on Dolce Gusto caps, and uphill really means uphill there.
