    We struggled with wi-fi which was the biggest issue. But liked the location.
    I was able to have breakfast on one day only as had to be away early at 7:30am for work reasons, staff kindly made up a packed breakfast, but really good would be if the coffee machine and toaster were operating in the dining room as this would have been preferable.

    Good value for money, clean, quiet residential area, close to the town centre but must have a car.
    Standard breakfast, good coffee. Value for money.
    Maybe a bit repetitive menue specially if the stay is on the longish side , say more than a weekend

    A very simple hotel suitable for a quick stop on the road
    - Very helpful and friendly staff - Beds and pillows were rather comfortable - Spacious room - Quiet area - Breakfast and dinner buffet were quite tasty with a variety of foods. We did miss porridge for breakfast, to have a proper meal for our toddler. - The pool area was nice and clean, a small and shallow tub available for children - Lots of parking space around the hotel
    - Unpleasant strong smell in the room, probably disinfectant, also noticeable everywhere in the corridors. It really put us off and we kept our suitcases closed so that our clothes wouldn't catch it. Since we arrived late and left early, we decided to cope with it for the night. - The hotel needs updating; everything is rather clean but there haven't been any repairs in the rooms for a very long time. Many little details that could do with refreshment. The overall state wasn't obvious from the photos available on Booking.com.
