Exceptional

I really liked the Breakfast buffet. Rooms were pretty clean and the staff was sincere and polite.

I didn't like the fact that there was no ventilation in the room, it had a sealed packed window.

Everything was disappointing here.. the rooms were smelly, bed sheets and linen, and towels were all torn and smelly.

Manager Behavior , Understanding toward to guest , Check in time policy 2pm it almost half day and check out 11am, need to work on customer friendly policy not hotel, the way of dealing with customer with respect.
