Location was good, just down the block from the Duomo.

Comfortable bed, clean room

Absolutely no amenities, not even tissues. I would expect more from a boutique hotel. I realize many hotels have available amenities upon asking, but to not even have body lotion or tissues was unacceptable. It seems boutique hotels charge more but give you less. Bathroom outlet was coming out of wall and hallway rug was very stained.
