Was good. Could be better.

Pool and leisure facilities were nice and clean. Meal In the evening was good.

We stayed In room 218 and there was just too much noise from outside. Breakfast service was poor. Had already finished my breakfast and still hadnt been asked if I wanted coffee.

Disappointing

Not worth the money at all

Spa and pool was great

Paid extra for executive double room and there was no difference in standard room, actually I think it was worse, very dated and cold. When I spoke to staff about what the difference was in the rooms supposedly there better quality with a better view, the view is if an oil refinery and the room is extremely dated

Spa facilities were good

Meal in steakhouse did not meet expectations. Staff tried their best but didn't know which steaks they were bringing out. Steaks and plates were cold.

Very helpful and kind staff. The gym had really good equipment. Pool was great, water could be a bit warmer (winter). Food was really good, specially the lasagna, it was the best lasagna Ive ever tried. Bed is spacious and comfortable. Good information on the room about breakfast (could choose and leave it on the doorknob to get it in the room - clever idea) and spa.

There were no sockets close to the bed at all. Only for the lighting which was a different type of plug I had never seen it before. Robes for the pool could be already at the room. The room doorknob was terrible to open, could really use an update soon. Pool was a bit cold. We asked about everything to plan well and heard the kitchen would be open until 9:30pm/9:15pm, if I am not mistaken. We asked if we should book but were told there was no need because the restaurant didnt have many booking that night. So, we planned accordingly and went to the restaurant to order dinner but the chef had already left as there were only 2 couples there (we were told by the person in charge that night). That was a big disappointment for us. We only spent one night and the restaurant was a big point in deciding to stay there. We ended up eating cold sandwiches from the hotel. It was not possible to have even a hit sandwich. The person in charge gave us 2 cokes and a water free of charge as an apology which we appreciated it, however it was a big disappointment not to be able to have dinner.
