Pretty average place and therefore not where I would choose again

Location and veiw were amazing

The shower had two issues It leaked out under the shower door It needed a damned good scrub mould etc When I told the reception staff member she seemed to have no interest ie just said I will pass it on

Was a nice room with a nice view but would have expected more for the money.

scenery and location were fantastic.

there were 3 huge blowflys in the room, windows were very dirty and a lot of spiderwebs, and the bed had a hard strip straight down the centre making it extremly uncomfortable. At nearly 300 a night Id have expected at least the windows to be clean.

Amazing view, lovely clean two person spa by the window, very large room, clean bathroom, big comfortable bed, nice heater and aircon, easy check in and check out, lovely staff, clean towels and lots of other things to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time

Restaurant was closed when we stayed there and we couldnt find any other restaurants open around that country area, ended up going to McDonalds to get something for dinner. Couldnt find any sleepers in the room. Could hear the noise of other rooms spa pump which was mentioned not to be used from 10pm till 9am but I woke up to hear someone had turned it on at 8am which obviously wasnt the hotels fault. The windows were not clean from outside which was a pity for enjoying the amazing view.

The pictures on the website, do not reflect what it is in person. False advertising. The tiles on the spa in my room were damaged. There was cobwebs in every corner of the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. It looks more like a budget friendly accommodation, rather than advertising itself as luxurious and high end. The restaurant and day spa is closed. The pool was freezing cold and looks like it is has never been cleaned. The staff were hard to get in contact with during my staff. It has potential to be better, needing big improvements. Very disappointed as I was looking forward my trip.

The room was big Bed was comfortable

The shower was filthy with mould! The restaurant that was advertised is permanently closed!!! There is no indoor pool as advertised. My spa would only fill to a certain level as the water was leaking out the plug hole. When I informed reception I was told "Thanks for letting us know". When I spoke to the maintenance man out the front he replied "sorry about that, I've been replacing the plugs with cheap rubber ones". Pitty mine hadn't been replaced yet! Multiple emails sent to venue, they claim to have refunded my money but not a single cent has been returned!!!! Poor communication

We were totally refreshed and relaxed after our stay

view spa and how peaceful it was there. It was awesome waking up to kookaburras and other birdlife. Was great where spa was positioned as you had a great view

Beautiful spa in bedroom luxury

Well , my only criticism is that the TV reception was appalling. Surely, a better TV, Netflix option could be offered, than static, free to air dismal TV. Not good enough, quite honestly
