    The location is very good. Room come with proper size of fridge and washer/dryer combo are very useful with washer detergent provided. Both room are huge with 2 bathroom which is very for family.
    Floor laminate need to be renewed.

    Good location and very clean. Very happy.
    Very good location, clean and helpful staff, though no reception so you have to tell them when youre arriving in advance. They were waiting for us when we got there so we didnt have to wait. Also shower is very good.
    Could do with more utensils in the kitchen, also TV is tiny and old.

    Location, cleanliness, spacious. 1) Within walking distance to tourist's attractions. 2) Near to 1st ave mall. 3) Bed quite comfortable. Soft and comfy. 4) Aircon very powerful 5) Well equipped kitchen **Staffs are very helpful and responsive. **Thumb up for the staffs.
    1) Located at the busy junction. Noise from cars, motorcycles, etc... can be loud till late night. Not recommended for light sleeper. 2) Lack of a lift. Need climb a long flight of stairs. Not recommended for elderly. 3) No drop off or boarding area for cars. Need drop off / board beside the busy road. 4) No reception for this hotel. Need to arrange check in or check out through phone or whatsapp and wait for the staff to come. Feel abit insecure especially when you are checking out to catch a flight

    Nice getaway in the middle of town
    The hotel was literally diagonally across KOMTAR. Strategic place as many eateries were within walking distance. The entire floor was huge and the necessary amenities were provided including detergent for clothes and dishes. The initial fear was noises from the main street was not as bad as expected. Where I lived is way worse. Everything was clean and the living area is a nice hangout place for the entire family to gather around watching TV while enjoying each others company. The staff who came to clean was polite and courteous. Advice to whatsapp the property ahead of time as the centralised PHC hotel lobby was not opened on the day we arrived. Luckily they were prompt to answer the message and helpful to arrange a staff to guide us to keep the luggage while roam around Georgetown first waiting for check-in. The check-in process was done in the room itself and the staff was a jolly fellow. Everything was brought in his backpack and he brought us around introducing the rooms and the amenities. A nice hotel to go to for those with larger families as the staff did mentioned the room we paid for can house up to 10 people.
