Great stay! B

Great staff, well kept, great food. Despite the huge crouds this is a well managed hotel.

The hotel is definitely a bit dated. Beyond this superficial issue which isn't an issue this is a great hotel.

Fun for all the family & amazing value food/drink

Loved the pool with giant tv and music. Buffet was excellent loads of choice from bland to adventurous. Spacious room, hard working cleaners & friendly staff . Loads for kids to do- pirate ship water playground, slides, safe baby pool, soft play centre, kids club, arcade games, mini disco every night, fun entertainment eg parrot show. Drinks were unbelievably cheap you buy a plastic cup for one euro and can keep refilling it, amazing we were actually astounded, we are being ripped off in Ireland its so refreshing to get a good bargain on something ! Free food all day too and lots of nice extras like face painting and a popcorn cart yesterday . My kids adored the chocolate fountain and free ice cream stations-such a lovely novelty and treat! We will defo go back !

Our room was big and comfortable. The bed also was extremely comfortable , unusual in spanish hotels. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Terrible smell from our bathroom. Cold food at the buffet .

we thought sone of the staff were helpful and worked very hard. we thought the food was good and plentiful. we enjoyed o

location was good food plentiful bars plentiful games room swimming pool very nice some staff helpful

the lifts to 18 floor on tower 2 always a problem. The room was grubby and needed update. our room floor was never cleaned it was always dark on 18th floor. Also always brooms and cleaning stuff around or rubbish left. or sheets black bags. so always stepping over bags or cleaning equipment. the area is not very spacious and easy to trip up things left on landing also with the big wardrobe outside our door. our mini bar got missed a couple of times probably because of the problems with the lifts. we spent lots of time waiting for lifts. we ordered a taxiand waited over an hour in the end we went for the bus. people were coming out and getting a taxi in front of us. the spa was good but dont see why we had to pay for the hygiene twice. in the end we was late going because of the lifts so never bothered. wasted 15 euros. we also went to terra Natura and aqua Natura. but got told we couldnt have food or drink there even though the ticket said we could. there was no entertainment for adults mostly based around for children which is nice for families but not adults.
