Suited our needs

Great view. Apartment suited our needs. We were there for Derby day so didn't spend much time in the accom. Whilst not central to CBD, everything was within walking distance. There's restaurants, supermarket and bottle shop close by. It was pretty clean and would be suitable to stay longer with a decked out kitchen. And washing machine if required. Check in and out was easy. The host was friendly and replied promptly to all questions. I would stay here again and recommended to others.

The noisy fan in main bathroom was annoying all night and the showerscreen needed more attention. There's a 2 seater couch so if you have more than 2 guests, seating could be an issue. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was uncomfortable. The ad for apartment says private pool. It's private to everyone in the building. Was a little misleading.

Location was OK. View was lovely. Unit was very disappointing. Small and unclean

Location was good. View was lovely.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with another couple (friends). There was only 1 x 2 seater lounge, so we couldnt all sit on the lounge at the same time! This was a major nuisance. Also only 1 x set of keys, so we spent a lot of time working out who would get back first each day and could have the keys. Whoever was home had to go downstairs to let others in, and when we went out for dinner with friends we had to leave early as the others were waiting up to let us in. Seems crazy. Also not very clean. Splashback in particular is just filthy. Also bed in 2nd bedroom very hard and uncomfortable.
