    It provided an enjoyable stay, with a minor improvement needed in staff responsiveness for towel changes. This was the sole drawback in an otherwise flawless experience.     One of the best places we visited in Sri Lanka
    This guest hiuse is located right on the beautiful beach. We had a sea view room and the experience was very good! Free breakfast was good quality and is included in the price. The restaraunt on the first floor is very pooular and has tasty food for everybody. Staff can help you with organizing tours to various places like jeep safari in the Yala national park, tea factory, spice garden etc. Moreover, there are many great places for surfing and diving in Hikkaduwa. Come to Main Reef Guest House and you will not be disappointed!

    Guys, I strongly advice to take this hotel as place to stay in: very cozy, everything is near, breakfast is more that enough, and restaurant in the hotel is good. People working here are always happy to help you, they are very kind. Please new guests, its for you remember that it is important to be polite, too.

    located right at the beach infront of the main surf point. great room with ocean view. super helpful and friendly staff. nice restaurant downstairs, lovely breakfast.
    the bar next door can indeed be a bit louder but it didnt bother me too much.

    Slow for breakfast, not enough staff. Tried to overcharge me due to making up their own exchange rate for $ Needs new bedding, sheets don't fit and not very hygienic

    awesome view & comfortable stay
    the room with the ocean view is amazing! I liked that it had a seating area so I could sit outside to watch the waves. the room itself is very comfortable. It has a big bed and a big shower area. Also the breakfast is very good- and a lot! fresh fruit, eggs and toast. Auntie was the sweetest (who serves breakfast everyday). I miss her already. Everyone was really kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend!
    At night there were some cockroaches in my bathroom. but ah well, its Sri Lanka :) just turn the lights on and wait for a minute.
