The house definitely needs a bit of an overhaul with organisation and time spent checking out fixtures & fittings. The housekeeping is not up to scratch and no attention to detail. Our host did not provide an English speaking person to liaise with (only spoke Spanish) although states they have English speaking staff , I had to constantly communicate in writing and copy and paste to google translate, return messages were sent to me in Spanish.
We required parking and I was given the incorrect address and instructions were not clear which meant we kept driving around the block trying to locate a private carpark at number 14 when in fact it was at no. 9 on the other side of the road. Would have been helpful to have all the information provided prior to arrival with clear instructions.
Arrived at Villa to discover multiple garbage bags from previous residents dumped in the garden (these had been there a while!). Had to request these be removed as we didnt want to be charged for someones elses mess. Found empty beer cans in the TV cabinet. Cupboards is disarray with junk and packaging thrown into cupboards (lack of attention to detail on the cleaning front).
No blankets provided in the whole house, but they were promptly supplied brand new when requested (thank you).
Andrea our host rep was a lovely girl who tried her very best but I feel the management whom I had previous dialogue with were not responsive and sent someone who was inexperienced.
Overall I would stay again at the Villa but feel the housekeeping issues needs fine tuning.
