The noise from the surroundings. It is a very loud location right next to a Karneval area

Overall an enjoyable stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant served good food - especially the curry. The location was fantastic.

Hot water was a mission to get for a decent shower. Close to Disney Land screams but that was our choice.

Exceptional

Beautiful stay and a very well kept resort right next to lake Phewa.

Clean property ideal location very friendly staff. Krishna the manager helped us organise local tour with the in-house driver Tilak and MG electric car. We are mostly in their restaurant and Krishna the restaurant manager looked after us very well.

It is close to the Disney rides so evenings can be a bit noisy for those who prefer peace and quiet. We were okay with it.
